Shipping
Option Selection:
On
the shopping cart page, you will find a pull-down menu
of shipping options. All options for this particular
product will be listed, including arrival dates based
on the time that you viewed the options. This automatic
feature gives up-to-date delivery information at a glance.
Remember
that you may select the method for delivery of your
gifts. Just click on overnight, 2 day, 3 day or ground
and the charges will be added to your total. Our flower,
balloon and some fruit basket prices include a small
transmission fee that may be retained on orders filled
through a design center. This fee helps us deal with
the difference of prices found in various U.S. metro
area markets.
Following your specifications, we ship all gift baskets
with nonperishable contents via UPS, Fed Ex, Airborne,
or by the U.S. Postal System. Our fruit baskets, and
fruit and wine baskets, are hand delivered the same
day you order if your order is placed by 1 pm in your
recipient's time zone. In some locations we may need
24 hours for delivery of fruit baskets - call to verify
delivery information in your specific area. And please
note that orders are fulfilled and shipped usually on
the next business day, not on Saturdays or Sundays.
To
select same-day shipment, you must place your order
no later than noon in the recipients time zone. Items
ordered after noon on Friday will be shipped the following
Monday. Products cannot be delivered on holidays or
Sundays. Saturday deliveries are available for an additional
delivery charge.
Gift
Baskets & Other Products:

We have a variety of shipping methods, per product,
based on individual product size and weight. Your
choice of shipping method can be chosen on the "Add
to Cart" page each time a product is added to your
shopping cart.
- For
example: If you are purchasing multiple products,
you will need to select a shipping method for
each of your chosen products. You will find that
the default shipping method is generally the least
expensive.
- Note
that most of our products cannot be 'bundled' for
shipping.
- Please
be sure to upgrade your shipping methods if you have
any delivery time constraints.
- Please
be sure to read all shipping information carefully;
you will find that various product types have different
shipping concerns.
- If

Flowers
& Balloons:
- Floral
arrangements and balloon bouquets are hand-delivered
to your gift recipient's home or office.
- They
can be delivered the same day you place your order,
if you order by noon in your recipient's time zone,
Monday through Saturday.
- There
is no delivery of these products on Sundays or national
holidays.
- Delivery
on Saturday may not be possible in rural areas.
- Delivery
to very rural areas may not be possible at any time.
- The
physical street address of the recipient's home or
workplace is required; a post office box number is
not acceptable.
- For
delivery to hospitals, please include recipient's
room number, and ensure before ordering that recipient
is not scheduled for discharge within the window of
delivery. For patients in critical care, floral arrangements,
fruit baskets or balloons may not be permissable.
Telephone the hospital before ordering to inquire
about their policies.
- The
recipient's telephone number is required for possible
address verification and to ensure that someone is
present to accept delivery.
- If
no one is there to receive delivery, our courier will
make any decisions concerning the safety of the location
to leave the arrangement, or will attempt delivery
at a later time.
- In
the case of holidays, such as Valentine's Day and
Mother's Day, order early to ensure delivery on or
before the holiday (above restrictions apply).
- We
cannot deliver to airports.
- The
delivery charge per item for floral arrangements and
balloon bouquets is $9.95.
