How do I know that my order was received and will be
delivered.
A. When you order has been scheduled for delivery,
we will send an email confirmation. If you do not hear
from us then your flowers were taken to the address
for delivery on the day your confirmation states. Please
read the previous question for orders delivered when
nobody is home.
Q. What if I do not want to input my
credit card number through the Internet to place an
order.
A. Although we encourage you to place your order
through our secure ordering system, you may call us
at 800-741-8302 and we will be delighted to take your
order over the phone.
